2019 Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival-5K Run/Walk/Bootcamp Begins 7:30am Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park This event kicks is held in honor of Mrs. Felecia Ann Wintons, who was one of the founding members of the Festival and lost her battle with Breast Cancer in 2009. The purpose of the walk is to emphasize healthy living while educating the community about health disparities among African-Americans.
