Casey Bauer serves as the Planning Coordinator for the Tampa Downtown Partnership. In his role, Casey manages multiple transportation and planning-related projects. He oversees research, development tracking, and reporting. He also coordinates with the City of Tampa on micro-mobility initiatives, community outreach, and permitting.

Casey has been with the Partnership since 2023. Before joining the Partnership, Casey spent five years in the electoral advocacy and community organizing sectors, overseeing data collection and resource allocation and advising several statewide entities on their electoral programs.

Casey has lived in Tampa for over 15 years. He’s a loving and devoted cat dad. He graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2019, Casey worked with the Hillsborough Supervisor of Elections on a voting location change, which improved public access for two Downtown precincts.
