LOCATION: Outside of Tampa’s Black History Museum in ENCORE! Central Park Eats is a Food Truck Rally that will happen monthly to service the Central Park Neighborhood of Tampa’s Downtown by providing an opportunity for the residents to gather and support local 4 wheel businesses!
