Winter Village Tickets are LIVE!

The most WONDERFUL time of the year in Tampa’s Downtown begins in just 10 days! Be sure to join us for the opening night of Winter Village on Friday, November 22!

 

Winter Village 2024-2025 tickets are officially live and must be purchased in advance:

Ice Skating – Head to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park to ice skate on REAL ice! We’re excited to bring this signature Winter Village experience back to this year’s festivities! We will also have Themed Skate Nights on Tuesdays that include giveaways.

Winter Village Express – Hop aboard the Winter Village Express and take a magical holiday trip on the TECO Line Streetcar. On select Sundays, this one-hour, round-trip ride from Downtown’s Whiting station (not in Curtis Hixon Park) to historic Ybor City features holiday sing alongs, trivia, free milk and cookies, and festive surprises for the whole family. Rides are available on November 24, December 1, 8, 15, and 22!

THIS WEEK: Channel District Date Night and Downtown's Backyard Market RETURN

This week, TWO of our quarterly neighborhood programs return to Tampa’s Downtown!

  • Wednesday at 7:00pm – Channel District Date Night: Grab a significant other or a friend and get ready for a crafty night! We’re excited to be joined by Regina Pottery as she teaches the attending participants how to create a pour over and coffee mug set. We’ll also be joined by Mi Cafecito who will be teaching attendees how to brew the perfect pour over with samples! NOTE: this event is free to attend but you MUST register!

 

  • Thursday from 12:00pm – 4:30pm – Downtown’s Backyard Market: Gear up for another afternoon of farm-fresh favorites at our monthly event, Downtown’s Backyard Market! We cannot wait to host a series of vendors from 12:00pm – 4:30pm in Tampa City Center’s Esplanade.

APPLY: Neighborhood Enhancement Grant & Storefront/Sidewalk Grant

Do you have an idea that has the potential to further beautify Tampa’s Downtown? If so, consider applying for one our two active grants:

  • Neighborhood Enhancement Grant: Tampa’s Downtown Neighborhood Enhancement Grant is a dynamic initiative aimed at fostering vibrant and inclusive neighborhoods. The program offers annual grants of up to $5,000 to each of the seven neighborhoods in Tampa’s Downtown.
  • Storefont & Sidewalk Cafe Grant: The Storefront and Sidewalk Cafe Grant serves to create a more attractive pedestrian atmosphere and commercially vibrant environment through street-level storefront improvements and inviting sidewalk cafe settings. The program offers grants of up to $10,000 administered on a reimbursement basis, allowing for up to $5,000 grant funds to be reimbursed every two years.

Check out our DASH request for proposal (RFP) for an electricity provider

The Tampa Downtown Partnership (the Partnership) is requesting experienced organizations to provide proposals to demonstrate the ability to serve as the Downtown Area Shared Hubs (DASH) Technology Provider.

 

The Partnership is seeking a technology provider to engage in a one-year contract with the ability to extend for two (2) additional years. Responses will be submitted electronically to the Partnership via email at info@tampasdowntown.com. Responses must be submitted by Friday, December 13, 2024, by 5:00 PM EST.
