A laugh-out-loud musical that tells the timeless story of a recent college grad named Princeton who moves into a shabby New York apartment all the way out on Avenue Q. There, he meets a collection of colorful characters who help him finally discover his purpose in life! Avenue Q.

Eric Church: Holdin’ My Own Tour

Amalie Arena
Country music star Eric Church brings his outlaw style to Downtown Tampa. For the first time ever, there will be no supporting act. Eric Church and the ECB will play two full sets with an intermission in between. Eric Church: Holdin’ My Own Tour.

Join us for this Friday’s walk featuring a historical tour of Tampa Union Station. Tours are free, however a $5 donation is suggested to benefit Where Love Grows, a charitable foundation feeding hungry children in our community. Do the Local Motion.

Mustache Madness Cinco De Mayo Block Party

Patel Conservatory presents Evening of Dance

Cinco de Mayo Fiesta

The Tampa Firefighters Museum
Teams will compete to cook the best Mexican food and the winners will receive prizes. There will be samples from cook off teams available, and other food will be provided. Activities will be provided for kids at this family friendly event. Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.

UT Baseball vs. Eckerd

The University of Tampa
The Spartans take the field to challenge the visitors from Eckerd College. Head to the diamond for some collegiate baseball action. UT Baseball vs. Eckerd.

This film, which has recently been adapted into an HBO series, features a futuristic theme park where paying guests can pretend to be gunslingers in an artificial Wild West populated by androids. History Bike Tampa: “Invision Center City Plan Part 2”

History Bike Tampa has partnered with Tampa’s Downtown Partnership to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of the City of Tampa’s Invision Center City Plan. The route will travel some of the recent bike infrastructure completed and planned. Several stops will highlight new and renewed developments. Private Lesson Recitals

Enjoy the talents of youth and adult students who take music lessons with the artist-teachers of the Patel Conservatory. Tampa Riverfest

Presented by Friends of the Riverwalk in conjunction with the City of Tampa, this FREE event will run the entire length of the Riverwalk and will feature family-friendly activities and events showcasing Tampa’s cultural institutions, local music and restaurants. Tampa Riverfest.

This event pits teams against each other in a dramatic, timed contest of artistic skill. This race-against-the-clock features one white canvas per team and nothing else except black markers or acrylic paint. As art blooms furiously right before your eyes, you’ll have the final vote for which team walks away the winner. Riverfest – Secret Walls.
