Caroline possesses a diverse background in marketing, honed through seven years of experience in both agency and in-house roles. Her belief in the power of storytelling to inspire positive change, has led her to pursue a career path dedicated to amplifying the voices of marginalized communities and driving meaningful engagement. Through strategic branding initiatives, innovative digital engagement strategies, and fostering meaningful connections between businesses, residents, and visitors alike, Caroline works tirelessly in shaping the narrative of Tampa’s Downtown.

Caroline possesses a Bachelor of Science (Telecommunications) degree with a specialization in Sports Video Production from the esteemed University of Florida. While there she contributed significantly to WUFT-TV and the University of Florida Athletic Association. She also was the Director of Social Media for the University of Florida volleyball camp, where she played an instrumental role in enhancing brand presence and fostering community engagement.

Caroline has made indelible contributions to esteemed organizations such as the Outback Bowl, the Tampa Sports Authority, and PRESS PR + Marketing. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for leveraging multimedia platforms to craft compelling narratives, drive brand awareness, and cultivate lasting relationships with stakeholders.
