Kacie Blucher serves as the Director of Business Administration for the Tampa Downtown Partnership. In addition to processing all funds to and from the Partnership, Kacie prepares monthly financial reports for the Finance Committee and board meetings and helps develop the annual budget. Kacie is the primary contact during the annual audit of financial reports and the filing of annual tax returns. Additionally, she submits monthly reimbursement packages for the Special Services District by working closely with city staff.

Previously, Kacie worked for the American Cancer Society’s Community Development department. She has past experience in accounting, meetings and travel, and executive support. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2006 with a degree in business marketing.

My Favorite Thing to Do in Downtown

My favorite part of Downtown Tampa is Curtis Hixon Park. I love attending Yoga in Park, Rock the Park or any of the numerous activities, concerts, and events hosted there. It’s also a great place to enjoy “down-time”. Strolling the Riverwalk, watching people and pets frolic in the fountains, or just relaxing on the grass steps, I can honestly say that I always enjoy my time there.
