Sykes Chapel Concert Artist Series – The Philadelphia Brass Begins 2pm University of Tampa – Sykes Chapel This ensemble was founded in 1988 by professional musicians in Eastern Pennsylvania to pursue goals of performing the best brass quintet literature of all periods and styles. The Philadelphia Brass has since gone on to commission and perform important premieres of new works and has collaborated with other musicians and ensembles in numerous concerts and recordings.
