SSD Community Meeting 2

As part of the Downtown Special Services District (SSD) renewal process, the Partnership will be holding three community meetings in July prior to the Public Hearing before Tampa City Council next month.

The SSD was created in 1994 to provide enhanced safety, maintenance, business development, beautification, planning and urban design, and other management services (the “Special Services”) in Tampa’s Downtown.

We encourage all property and business owners, residents, and stakeholders to share ideas on how to maintain and improve Tampa’s Downtown image by attending one of the three community meetings, where the FY2025 Budget and Work Plan will be discussed. The meetings are FREE to attend, and an RSVP is not necessary. In the event you cannot attend one of the meetings and would like to comment on the SSD’s programs or request more information, please email Rachel Radawec, Director of Public Space Operations and Programming, at rradawec@tampasdowntown.com or call (813) 221-3686. The Partnership is also available to meet individually and present to businesses or condominium associations.

Please note this meeting is located at St. James Church, 1202 N. Governor St. Tampa, FL 33602.
