With the average cost of school supplies last year nearing $600 per student, and teachers supplementing their classrooms to similar figures, Sacred Heart Catholic Church is hosting a drive to help alleviate some of those back-to-school burdens for a Downtown school. Sacred Heart’s next Giving from the Heart drive-thru donation drive (held every other month from their North Campus; 3515 N Florida Ave.) will be collecting school supplies for the historic St. Peter Claver Catholic School on Saturday, August 10, from 9:00am – 11:00am
An Amazon Wishlist is available for those who may not be able to attend the drive in-person, with items delivered directly to the Sacred Heart parish office. The Friars and staff thank you for your continued support and generosity
