Collaborating with the Tampa Downtown Partnership, HCP developed a baseline study in 2008 of resident and worker stakeholders within Downtown Tampa. In 2014, a study was introduced to track the university student’s perceptions as well. Similar to the Resident-Workforce study, this poll of university students will be repeated in two year intervals.
