We are thrilled to announce a delicious new addition to The Square! The Tampa Downtown Partnership is excited to welcome Sweet Mama’s Ice Cream, a minority-owned small business, as the newest food vendor in our vibrant public space. This new venture reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and enhancing the community’s experience.
The owner of Sweet Mama’s Ice Cream, Akwi Nojh, initially reached out to the Partnership regarding our Storefront and Sidewalk Cafe Grant for her food truck on North Franklin. After discussing her needs and vision, it became clear that Sweet Mama’s Ice Cream was the perfect fit to become the first leased tenant in The Square. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both Akwi and the Partnership, as we continue to support and uplift small businesses in our community.
Visitors to The Square can now indulge in a delightful array of soft serve ice cream treats. Whether you prefer your ice cream in a cone, a sundae, or a cup, Sweet Mama’s Ice Cream has something to satisfy every sweet tooth.
This addition enhances the park’s appeal, offering a refreshing treat for those enjoying the beautiful scenery and vibrant atmosphere of The Square.
We invite everyone to stop by The Square and experience the delicious offerings of Sweet Mama’s Ice Cream.
Come and be a part of this exciting new chapter in The Square’s journey. Your support for local businesses helps make our community stronger and more connected. See you at Sweet Mama’s Ice Cream in The Square!
