The Tampa Downtown Partnership values the protection and preservation of properties that provide significant historical, cultural, and architectural components to Tampa’s Downtown. Through the Franklin Corridor Preservation Plan and other collaborative efforts, the Partnership has documented historic resources that contribute to the history and character of Downtown.
